Although any minor under the 18 may receive a massage, the following is required:
Parental or Legal Guardian Consent
As a parent or legal guardian, it’s required to fill out a consent form prior to your minor receiving a massage.
Presence of a Parent or Guardian
While your minor is receiving a massage, it’s required for a parent or legal guardian to either be present in the massage room or in our waiting room. You must be present at the location.
