Cancellation Policy
Due to an increase in appointment no-shows and cancellations under 24 hours notice, the following cancellation policy will be effective immediately. For any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Mattie.
Appointment no-shows – 100% of the appointment will be charged or the value of your Gift Certificate will be used.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice – 50% of the appointment will be charged or taken from the Gift Certificate value.
Late Arrivals – Your massage will shorten so it doesn’t interfere with other appointments already scheduled.
All fees are required to be paid in full prior to scheduling your next appointment.
