Swedish Massage
Soft, kneading, long strokes are used to relax the muscles and the mind. Also used in this type of massage are light, rhythmic, tapping strokes. Massage oil or lotion is used to help with the glide to ease muscles and tensions.
Deep Tissue Massage
Is used to treat chronic pain and aches. Deeper and firmer than Swedish; this technique allows me to get to the deeper layers of the muscles and fascia. I take my time, and slowly work deeper with every stroke without causing pain; but giving much relief.
Senior (Geriatric) Massage
This type of massage is for frail and then skinned clientele due to age. I use light and gentle techniques and if needed passive stretching to increase blood circulation. With increased circulation, clients have improvements on balance and neuropathy pain. This massage may also help depression, flexibility, reduce the pain from arthritis, and encourage overall health.
Pregnancy Massage
In a side lying position or in the reclined position this massage allows expecting mothers to fully relax. I use soft broad strokes to help relieve sore and aching muscles.
Minor Massage (under 18)
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation. From promoting emotional security to easing growing pains and supporting young athletes, massage can be a powerful tool in fostering overall well-being.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage is used to help increase lymph flow. Increased lymph flow clears harmful substances from the tissues and increase immune function. People look to lymphatic massage to reduce the affect of stress, relieve the effects of swelling, aid recovery from surgery, and those skin care regimens.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer.
Facial Rejuvenation
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This service is only on the Shoulders, neck and face/head.
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Ionic Foot Bath
The IonCleanse foot bath produces negatively charged ions that aid in expelling toxins from the lymphatic system. Its advantages span from toxin elimination to enhanced sleep and beyond. This method is gentle and non-disruptive. All you need to do is immerse your feet in the water, and in mere moments, countless ions permeate your body, commencing the neutralization of acidic waste accumulated in tissues.
Optional Add-Ons
CBD Lotion
CBD oil acts like a natural aid to loosen muscles and allow faster healing. The CBD oils help muscles to relax just a little easier.
Seasonal Foot Scrub
Seasonal scented exfoliating foot scrub and butter service. This service is added into the last 10 minutes of a session and extra warm towels are used.
This is so needed in Lakeside especially when there are so many unregulated, unlicensed and unprofessional massage parlors popping up. Weber Massage is the real deal. There’s professionalism, safety, and wellness at Weber Massage. I really like Elizabeth. This place is such a gem for Lakeside and I hope more people support them to keep this place thriving!– Elizabeth C., Yelp
